The Clovercroft workroom is a fantastic operation! Most of the copies that our staff and students use are printed in the workroom by volunteers! You must be trained to be in the workroom to learn the process and expectations. Sign up when you see the name Natalie Gapinski for a training session.
Once you have been approved by Natalie to volunteer in the workroom, you can expect to create lovely stacks of copies for our wonderful teachers!
In the workroom, you might also help with other tasks like copying colt cash, using the paper cutter, and keeping everything tidy and organized. Sign up with a friend or enjoy the cathartic solitude of the Clovercroft workroom!
Help our cafe staff by serving lunch to Clovercroft students! This is such a special spot, as the kiddos get very excited to see new faces behind the lunch line!
After you enter the building, sign in at the front office and head to the cafe. The staff will help you get settled there. Please wear closed toe shoes and you hair pulled back. Friday's are particularly busy because it's pizza day and there are more lunches served that day! Come on in and see how fun food service can be!
Please join in the bustling experience of lunch with the Little Colts (K-2)! You will wear a volunteer waist apron stocked with ketchup, napkins, utensils. and all the goodies that our Little Colts might ask for during their lunchtime. You will monitor the cafe, walking the aisles to ensure that everyone gets the help that they need - answering raised hands and cute requests! You can also help stock the helper stations with more supplies.
Once you enter the building, check in at the office and head to the cafe. You will find your apron in the closet to the left, and get acquainted with our wonderful lunch TA's!
Our library is packed full of fun! Our librarians could use your help restocking all the books that the kiddos check out. This is one of the quickest and calmest volunteer tasks. You may enter the building at 8:30a or as soon as your child is dropped off and check in at the front desk before heading to the library. The librarians will give you some simple tasks and the time expectation is about 30 minutes.
