Want to be a Lead Room Parent?

 

Lead Room Parents (LRP) provide the classes in each grade level with important information regarding special events and volunteer opportunities throughout the school year. They support the teachers and are the main point of contact between the PTO, teachers and parents.

 

Some Responsibilities of LRP for the 2023-2024 school year will consist of:


Collaborate and work as a Grade Level Team with the other LRP’s throughout the year
on things such as decorating classroom doors, ornaments for trees during the holidays,
TCAP testing treats, organizing teacher lunches, and any other activities that happen
during the school year.


Help plan and facilitate the winter and end of the year classroom parties.


Recruit volunteers from the class to help with Cloverfest and Derby.


Assisting the teacher with projects and other things per their request during the year.
